If you enter into a contract with GP Masonry we will hold details of your earnings whilst working for us.
In addition, personal information may contain sensitive personal information; for example, this can be information about your health.
We will not use personal and/or sensitive personal information except for the specific purpose for which you provide it.
If you contact us electronically, we may record your electronic identifiers, such as your email address.
How we use your information
The information that you provide will be used to pay any monies owed to you through a contract with ourselves.
We will hold your details in order to notify you of any potential future contracts you might be interested in.
Who we share your information with
We may pass your personal and/or sensitive personal information to main contractors of sites you are working on at that time.
We may share your personal details with training or accommodation providers should this be relevant to works you are carrying out for GP Masonry.
We may also share your personal and/or sensitive personal information with law enforcement, fraud detection, credit reference and debt collection agencies, and with industry-related third parties to:
- Aid recovery of debt
- Prevent of fraud and other crime
- Report accidents
- Provide details following Traffic or Parking violations

Data retention periods
We will retain your data at any point you are under contract with GP Masonry.
For future work purposes we will hold key contact details for a Period of 6 years after your contract ended with ourselves.
For Financial recorded keeping we are obligated to hold copies of Wage slips or payment certificates for a period of 6 years after issue.
Any other personal data we may hold will be destroyed 1 year after your contract ended with ourselves.
